Our house is conveniently located just off the 405 and the 90 in Marina Del Rey. We are just around the corner from Costco, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, several theatres and amazing restaurants. Just a stone's throw from the ocean, you can find yourself surfing or just soaking in the sun within minutes.
The house itself is a lovely two story structure located behind a secure wall and gate with security cameras on all corners keeping us protected. There are 5 other roommates who all have private rooms. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, three fridges, a dishwasher, central AC/heating and a gas grill in the back.
The room and bathroom are upstairs with plenty of space for a queen size bed and desk. Lots of closet space and several windows to provide natural light and air circulation. $1100+utilities and deposit. Available Feb 1.
