This two story house is conveniently located right off of the 10 in between downtown LA and Culver City. Both the church building and temple are less than 15 minutes away. There are 4 other roommates who all have private bedrooms. It's a shared bathroom with 1 roommate but has plenty of space for two people. The bedroom is quite spacious with nice wood flooring. Both the bed and desk are available as well. The kitchen has recently been updated and has plenty of storage space.

Open Male or Female room in Marina Del Rey/Culver City area
Our house is conveniently located just off the 405 and the 90 in Marina Del Rey in a great and safe neighborhood. We are a short walk, bike, or drive from Costco, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Barnes & Noble, several theatres, and amazing restaurants. Just a stone's throw from the ocean, you can find yourself surfing or just soaking in the sun within minutes.
The house itself is a lovely two story structure with a front yard and back patio. There are 5 other roommates (2 men and 3 women) who all have private rooms. There is a new washer/dryer in the house, three fridges (each person gets half a fridge), dishwasher, central AC/heating and a gas grill in the back. The internet and WiFi situation is amazing, as one of the roommates works in IT.
The room is the smallest in the house, and while a queen size bed will fit, most previous roommates have gone with a full/double. There is a closet and two windows to provide natural light and air circulation. The bathroom is shared with one roommate and has a shower/tub. Rent is $960/mo + utilities (1/6 split) and $1000 deposit. Available November 1st or sooner if needed.
Please feel free to contact me with any interest or questions you may have.

My name is Grace Shirley, I'm a student at BYU-Idaho and I have an internship with the Church's Public Affairs Office by the temple. My internship is quite short, and I'll only be in LA from the beginning of October to Mid-December. Because my internship is on temple grounds, I'm looking for housing that's relatively nearby, but I'm flexible.
A bit about me: I'm 23, and I actually served my mission here in Los Angeles, so I love this city with all my heart. I'm very excited to be back, and to explore more! I love the beach, reading, going on walks, roller skating, and spending time with people. I'm very outgoing, and I'm also very clean and tidy, I promise!!
I'd prefer female roommates, and my budget is $1800. Please reach out to me at gracelizshirley@gmail.com or my cell, (208) 821-8755.
My name is Lauren Carroll, I am looking for a private female bedroom anywhere in the Santa Monica area. My budget is $1200-$1600, but I would prefer places that are on the cheaper end of that range. I am looking to move to the area sometime in August to work and volunteer before applying to physical therapy school next year.
A little about me: I am 24 and just recently graduated with my bachelor's in Exercise Science. I currently live in Utah, but am originally from Texas and lived overseas for 8 years with my family in Kazakhstan and England. I love seeing new places and trying new foods, and am looking forward to explore the area!
If anyone has any places available please email me at carrolllauren22@gmail.com. Thank you!
Hi! My name is Dana Heywood and I'm moving to LA from Boston, MA. I recently graduated from Law School and will be in West LA for my job. I am looking for housing starting in September but would be open to August if needed. I am looking to live in any of the following areas: Santa Monica, Culver City, Venice, Marina Del Rey, Mar Vista, and Mid City.
My ideal living situation is living with a couple of girls from the ward, but am open to anything at the moment. The max I would like to spend is $1300 on housing, but that is a little bit flexible! Also, a pet-free place is a must for me because of allergies. Lastly, would love parking (not sure if that is a fight out in LA or not).
A little bit about myself. I love me some sports, hiking, anything Broadway musicals, and honestly just being outside. I am very much looking forward to the sunshine! If you have any questions or leads please feel free to reach out.

Hi ! I’m looking for a roommate(s)/place to live. I’m an incoming first-year law student at Loyola Marymount (Downtown campus) hoping to move in by the first week of August. I would prefer to live closer to the campus (thinking Koreatown, Echo Park, Mid-Wilshire, etc.), but I’m open to moving farther away (e.g., closer to the chapel)
About me: I like learning about different cultures and languages by consuming foreign films/shows/music (everything from French reality shows to krnb). I’ve lived in NYC, Mexico City, Houston, São Paulo (v briefly), and am currently in Orange County. I prioritize a clean/peaceful space. Since I’m going into my first year of law school I’ll mostly be studying, but I’m always down to explore local museums/restaurants together!
Feel free to check my LinkedIn (search Isabella Felicitas Bowers) to get more of an idea of my background. If you think we could be a good match, you can message me there or email me at isabellafelicitasb@gmail.com : )

Hey everyone! My name is Cole Richards. I'll be transferring to UCLA for Data Theory this Fall, and I'm currently on the hunt for some roommates and a place to live. I enjoy surfing, volleyball, soccer, and playing the guitar in my free time. When I'm not doing those things, I'm likely studying on campus at SBCC (where I'm finishing up right now).
I'd be interested in a double, but I'm flexible with anything. My budget is in the $1200-1300 range. I'd prefer to live closer to Westwood, if possible, and I'd like to move in August or September. My phone number is 4247573084 and my email is milescoler@gmail.com. Thanks!
My name is Hannah P, I am a 22 year old female looking for a private room within the Santa Monica Ward zoning. I'm moving to La for a summer internship so month to month rent or a sublease would be preferable. I'm hoping to spend less than 1800 a month and would like to move in before June 1!
My email is hannahlproulx@gmail.com and my phone number is (775)9976929. Thanks!
