ISo private female room

Hello! My name is Charly Kuecks and I'm a young professional who graduated from BYU and who has been living in the hometown of SLC. However, I am a screenwriter and full-time content manager who wants to make the move to the Westside of LA. I will consider rooms anywhere in this diamond: Malibu, Santa Monica, Culver City, Burbank. I am clean, don't have much stuff, and get along with everyone. I've lived with LDS and non-LDS folks; respectful of all house rules. Strong preference for a private bathroom, and will only do a private room. I've lived in homes with parents before but only want to live with young adults 18-40, hopefully 25-35. I absolutely love LA and am excited to make the move! My budget is 1000-1750, and prefer month to month terms. Mid July is my target date but I can come in June to check it out if desired.

A wonderful 3 bedroom fully stocked apartment with a balcony (bike storage) and an assigned parking space (not tandem!). Wifi, large LCD TV. Bed room can fit a queen bed and large closet (room is UNFURNISHED). Room is 13'x11'. . This is in the SMYSA ward.
